BMW 520d Business Edition — 6 Speed Manual 213,000km — genuinely low mileage for a 20-year-old BMW, especially with the bulletproof M47 engine. The car is barely run in and drives like something half its age. Just took it on an 800km work trip and it didn’t miss a beat. Recently had over €1,000 spent on it, including: • Full service • New CV boots • New control arms and links, front and rear axles All receipts available for the work carried out. Fresh NCT until 03/27. Full transparency: it failed in March on one link and CV Boot, I ended up replacing the whole suspension system so car is good to go for many more years, and I have all the fail sheets and receipts there to show the work. The new cert was unfortunately backdated. Full black leather interior with walnut dash, all in excellent condition — everything works as it should. 6-speed manual with M Sport short shifter. Clutch, brakes and gearbox all super healthy. Apple CarPlay unit fitted (cost over €400 to install) — original head unit comes with the car. Bodywork is in great shape for the age. Alloys could do with a refurb if you’re fussy, as they’re a little oxidised with age. On the logbook the colour is listed as green, but in person it’s more of a champagne gold — unusual, and it really grows on you. Now officially 20 years old, so it qualifies for classic insurance — I paid just €250 for the year. Reason for sale is I am moving country soon and can’t take it with me unfortunately but someone is going to get a very good car drives amazingly.
