Worst buying experience I’ve had in Ireland. Paid cash for a 2020 car and was still treated with complete disrespect especially as a woman buying alone. Staff were rude and dismissive when I raised an issue with the USB port, telling me not to be “argumentative” and blaming the problem on my iPhone. The issue was finally resolved almost 7-8months after purchasing as it had to be escalated to manger. To make matters worse, they opened a hole in my car without even asking for consent instead of adjusting the usb where it should properly be placed. Now I’m being passed from one staff member to another trying to get it sorted. Unacceptable.
