BMW e46 Manual Convertible 320ci 6 cylinder

Selling my dream car, not wanting to part but need money for a house deposit. -Electrically and mechanically 100% perfect
 - Very rust free
 -Always been owned by BMW enthusiasts so mechanically it is a well-sorted car. It was imported to Ireland back in 2015 but unfortunately, I have no service history as the previous owners maintained the car themselves with regular oil changes. I made sure to buy from an enthusiast as I know these cars can become troublesome if not maintained properly. Intake manifold was taken off to inspect for carbon build up and there is none, meaning the oil changes were frequent 
- Has electric fan instead of the dreaded clutch fan
- Buttery smooth engine, 8.5l/100km averaged 

 Below are the additional things I have had sorted out:

 - Aux belts replaced
 - CCV system replaced 
 - Intake boots replaced
 - Disa valve replaced
 - Front suspension arms and bushings replaced
 - Suspension Top mounts replaced - Water Pump and coolant system replaced
 - New rear callipers and new pads + discs front and rear 
- Some vacuum lines replaced
 - Interior plastics have been stripped and overhauled so no stickiness 
 - Some interior cubby's were replaced
 - Interior stripped out and deep cleaned 
 - Fixed electrical side mirror adjustment 
 - Passenger window regulator replaced
 - Clips for side skirts replaced (as these become brittle overtime)
 - New smoked side indicators 
 - 2 keys 

 Problem areas:
 - Tear on the driver's side seat 
 - Could do with a new steering wheel and gear knob 
 - Cosmetically the paintwork is not the sharpest
 - Needs new battery for key 
 -Slight clunking from tie rod on passenger side needs changing - No NCT but it flew through previous one with no advisories and ahs barely been driven since. Oil changes during my ownership:
