BMW E90 320d MSPORT 2009

LOCATED IN BALLINCOLLIG CORK Quick sale due to moving out ⚠️ NOTE! THE CAR NEEDS REPAIRS WHICH REFLECTS THE PRICE 2009 BMW 320d E90, 6-speed manual, grey, 4-door saloon, with mods around 190 bhp. Tax: 03/26 – NCT expired Aug 2025. Starts and drives, interior in good condition, engine bay very clean. ✅ Recent work / maintenance: Timing chain + water pump done @ 230k km (2022) New battery, clutch & DMF, glow plugs + control module New fuel filter, radiator hoses, Bosch brake shoes, x2 rear discs & pads AC condenser, pressure line + recharge done Air intake manifold and EGR cleaned Oil & filter service 02/25 ✅ Performance upgrades: Large intercooler Direnza cold air intake Direnza aluminium radiator Oil catch can M4 Spoiler ⚠️ Minor Issues: Front driver and passenger side windows have tint which also failed NCT Handbrake weak (around 20% operation) Cruise control not working AC evaporator rusted Rear tyres aged, alloys flaking Some sensors not reading (oil level, fogging, EGT, AUC) all the sensors replaced but the issue is somewhere else ⚠️ Major Issues: Needs rear subframe (NCT fail) DPF not regenerating (Exhaust gas temp sensor/wiring issue) CEL light on due to DPF Clutch was done in February but, I was riding the clutch which led to premature wear, basically sometimes it wont go only into first then I would put into second and back into first, most likely the synchro is worn.
