I had my car in for a scheduled appointment recently and always appreciate the service provided here. The team and staff at reception are always so friendly and helpful, which makes coming in such a positive experience. A special thank you to Vicki – who was absolutely brilliant. Everything was explained clearly, I was kept updated and was contacted afterwards to make sure everything was ok. Great experience from start to finish.

Definitely beyond expectations. Very professional approach (Naois was very helpful), they could fix what two other garages couldn't. Reasonably priced. Pleasant atmosphere with complementary coffee and ample sitting room while waiting. Enough with parking space. Definitely a place to return for any BMW-related matters.
