Everyone I came into contact with at the dealership, from the building maintenance lady to the service reception staff, could not have been more helpful, polite or professional. The video produced in the workshop for works needed was a particularly nice touch. All in all, a first rate customer experience.

Great service by Adam and Jade. Car had a problem, Adam arranged for me to bring in the car to gave it checked. Within half an hour the problem was diagnosed as a warranty claim. Jade arranged a courtesy car and got me sorted just as quickly. Part was ordered and the car returned to me two days early. Great result from the two of them . 😊

Brillaint experience at BMW. Adam was super professional and made me and my partner keith feel very at ease. Very accomadating as we had out dog lola with us. Teas and coffee facilities as you waited. Overall would recommend this dealership.
