I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a brand-new, highly customized BMW M240i from J Donohoe BMW, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure that my specific requests for parts and features, which weren't typically available to order, were seamlessly handled. A special shoutout to Bart, my sales contact, who was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, always ready for a good car chat. Andy, the business manager, was also fantastic, making sure all the financial and administrative details were taken care of efficiently. I also had some great chats with Andy, which made the process even more enjoyable. The dealership itself is top-notch, with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent amenities. The complimentary drinks, snacks, and coffee were a nice touch that made the experience even more pleasant. I must also mention the wonderful chap at reception (whose name I unfortunately forgot) and Tommy, the sales manager, both of whom contributed to the overall positive experience.
