Top-class service from start to finish! Took my car in for a recall check, and the entire team was fantastic. Special thanks to Niall O'Byrne for his professional communication and for providing a comprehensive service report, as well as to the technician for the detailed video inspection. Absolutely amazed by how BMW Assistance and Conlans handled the recall on my car and all the support provided — from collecting the car to sending me video updates and a full assessment of the vehicle’s overall condition. Extremely informative, attentive and pleasant staff. BMW assiatance were amazing to deal with and made everything so easy and very prompt too. In Conlons we dealt with Ryan in Service dept and he couldn't have been more helpful, he kept me updated at all times on work being carried out and made sure our visit to Conlons ran smoothly so 10 out of 10 for Ryan, shout out to Cian and Siobhan too ye were great so a huge thank you to all involved.
