BMW iX3 80 kWh M Sport PRO

I recently bought a BMW X3 from Colm Quinn BMW Drogheda and overall had a very positive experience. The sales team were professional, friendly, and easy to deal with from the start. They took the time to walk me through the different X3 options and made sure I found the right spec for my needs without any pressure. The purchase process itself was smooth and well organised, and communication was clear throughout. I was particularly impressed with how quickly everything was handled once I made my decision. The car has been excellent so far and exactly what I was looking for. My only slight concern would be around after-sales communication, which could be a bit quicker, but nothing major. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Colm Quinn BMW Drogheda if you’re considering a BMW X3. Great service, knowledgeable staff, and a straightforward buying experience.

Long overdue review here, but cant describe how happy i am with my i4 and want to thank the team from Colm Quinn Drogheda especially Robert for their guidance and support throughout the whole process before and after the purchase. I would like to especially thank Paul (Manager) from the service department for his professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer care. There was an issue regarding the interior car accessories that had been promised to me previously by other staff members and management but unfortunately had not been delivered as agreed. Paul took the time to carefully review the situation, listened to my concerns, and followed through on everything properly. What stood out most was his genuine commitment to resolving the issue rather than passing it on. He communicated clearly throughout the process and made sure the promised accessories were finally taken care of. It is rare to find someone who values customer satisfaction and pays attention to the small details the way Paul does. His helpful attitude and willingness to honour previous commitments restored my confidence in the service experience. I truly appreciate his effort and would like management to recognize the excellent work he is doing.
