They took the time to walk me through the different X3 options and made sure I found the right spec for my needs without any pressure. The purchase process itself was smooth and well organised, and communication was clear throughout. I was particularly impressed with how quickly everything was handled once I made my decision. The car has been excellent so far and exactly what I was looking for. My only slight concern would be around after-sales communication, which could be a bit quicker, but nothing major.
