I purchased a Volkswagen Golf from Bill Griffin three months ago, and I’m really happy with my decision to choose Bill Griffin. Recently, I had a minor electronic issue with the car, so I contacted the warranty department. I received an email with an appointment for a diagnosis, and my car was checked and returned to me on the very same day. Thanks to Laura for her excellent support with this. For this reason, I would also highly recommend getting the extended warranty, which I did in my case. Overall, the experience has been fantastic, and I’m really happy with my car. I dealt with Liam Y the entire time, and he couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. From the minute I sat down, Liam was a great help and knew a huge amount about the car I was enquiring about. I went for a test drive and decided to buy the car and Liam made the buying process very easy, and constantly provided me with updates throughout the week about the VRT, NCT and payments. Richie also deserves a mention for arranging the collection and making sure the car was prepped perfectly. Even one of the lads on the floor who I didn’t get the name of asked if I wanted a photo with the car on the day small touch but a nice one! Overall very happy with the whole experience, everyone was genuine and easy to deal with. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.
