Hi I bought a car from Colm Quinn motor store and the experience was so bad .. so firstly I had arranged over the phone that I was going to call in on a Saturday morning. We drove down I spoke to the receptionist she said I’ll let him know you’re here .. I could see him outside taking photos of another car 45 minutes and I told the receptionist I’m leaving… with that he came in no apology or anything… anyway I calmed down .. he went and looked at my car .. we haggled for a bit , then we agreed on a price .. so a few things needed to be done on the car he said it will take a few days. I came and collected the car swapped my stuff over and drove home .. when I got home I looked to see had he given me the spare wheel as agreed but no spare wheel … I also forgot to take a scarf that was on the back window and my toll tag as well … I phoned the sales guy yeah yeah yeah I’ll post them all to you he said the guys forgot to put the spare into the car .. a week later I phoned again he then tells me the stuff gets lost in the post … I must have made about 30 phone calls and still to this day no spare wheel no tag or scarf … I will never deal with these people again … I was such a bad bad experience..
