⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased my third BMW from the BMW dealership in Charlestown, and once again the experience was outstanding. A huge thank you to Carrie and Amanda for their exceptional service. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about finding the right car for their customers. They made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable from start to finish. I attended Joe Duffy BMW recently with an issue with the petrol flap on my 330e not closing. I was looked after by Alyssa and couldn’t be happier with the service provided. I dropped the car at the garage in the morning and received a phone call at lunch time to let me know what was needed. I then collected the car that evening with the issue fully repaired along with receiving a complementary car wash and valet. I then received a call from Alyssa later that week to make sure everything was ok with the car. I have attended other garages with issues before but none have come close to providing this level of service and attention to detail. The cost of repair was also very reasonable. I will certainly return to Joe Duffy BMW for all services and future car purchases after this.
