I received fantastic service from Sean who went above and beyond to assist me with a puncture. My car was stranded up the street from the dealership and he didn’t hesitate to offer to walk up to my car to help me out. Such amazing service and a really friendly and helpful guy. Frank Keane’s are lucky to have such a tremendous team member. Thanks again Sean!

I visited Frank Keane BMW last Friday for a service, and I had a really great experience. The whole team was very professional, helpful, and welcoming. The service was excellent, and everything was handled smoothly. Even though it was close to closing time, Richard from Sales still took the time to answer many of my questions patiently, which I really appreciated. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly, and they even have a lovely little Chihuahua in the showroom🥰 I’m very happy with the experience and will definitely come back here for my future services and cars.

Deeply disappointed with the service My experience with Frank Keane BMW Blackrock has been very disappointing. First, the tyres I paid for as new in 2024 turned out to be manufactured in 2019, which I confirmed from the DOT code. Second, during a recent repair the wrong part was fitted, and my car failed its NCT retest as a result. Third, the steering wheel has been off-centre since that repair. It took three attempts to improve it, and it’s still not right: I have to hold the wheel slightly to the right to drive straight. Communication has been the biggest problem. My emails were largely ignored. The only person who actually replied was Joyce Williams. I specifically asked for written confirmation from the manager, Philip, and despite promising to, he never wrote to me once. For a premium brand dealership, I expected far better quality of work and basic accountability. I can’t recommend this service department.
