I have to say I had a very good experience.. Very quick and efficient check in for my car (recall service). Everything was smooth. I requested courtesy car and they arranged everything for me. My car was finished at the time they told me. Very amazing staff. You will be attended so quickly the minute you're in. .Fabulous staff and a very quick service👌

Picked up my new 530E on Thursday and the service from start to finish was excellent. There was four of us heading to Cork and whilst I was getting the car handed over, they were treated to coffee and biscuits. Lukas performed the handover and he was terrific to deal with, very courteous, knowledgeable and set everything up with phone connection and BMW App. Highly recommended.

I would just like to say I had a great experience at Conlans bmw today , it was my first interaction with ye and it was wonderful. Great job on the diagnostic I was worried it was something big but thankfully you guys figured out what was going on. I am also highly appreciative of the temporary fix you guys did the noise is gone for now and my family and I are so relieved also Jesse told me that you guys were able to fix the part that was hitting the hot plate , many thanks for that and Many thanks to Jesse too for explaining everything to me and staying patient throughout my questioning Have a good day all!
