Although there was a minor hiccup in communication at the beginning, the team quickly took charge and resolved it with professionalism and care. My car was serviced exactly as promised, completed within the expected timeframe, and returned in great condition. I want to give a special shout-out to James and Michelle from the service department, their warm and attentive approach really made the whole experience feel seamless and stress-free. Thanks to this positive experience, I’m happy to say this will be my go-to service dealer moving forward. It’s reassuring to know my car is in capable hands!

I have to say I had a very good experience.. Very quick and efficient check in for my car (recall service). Everything was smooth. I requested courtesy car and they arranged everything for me. I would just like to say I had a great experience at Conlans bmw today , it was my first interaction with ye and it was wonderful. Great job on the diagnostic I was worried it was something big but thankfully you guys figured out what was going on.
