This was a first for me, buying a van without test driving it. But I’d driven the same model locally so knew it suited me and Darren’s videos and voice messages were reassuring every step of the way. These came routinely as well as in response to one or two specific questions I had. I was familiar with every inch of it before it arrived. I live at the other end of the country so it was painless to have van delivered. There was no pressure either as Darren says ‘ the truck is comin home anyway so if there’s any reason I didn’t like it, just say and refund wouldn’t be a problem.’ Naturally I gave it a spin before giving the transport guy a cheery thumbs up and I was on my way. Darren got in touch later checking up on things and assuring me of his full support if I’d ever any issues. I would 100% recommend Dunnions and the delivery service. It widens the search field hugely for those of us living miles from Donegal.

Definitely the easiest car purchase I've made. Darran was a pleasure to deal with throughout. I've dealt with dealers before and you often feel like they would tell you anything to sell you the car but Darran was very genuine. Offered me a very fair price for my trade in and, after sorting everything out over the phone, he delivered my new car to Dundalk. The new car is in great condition and I'm delighted with it. I'll definitely be calling Dunnion's whenever I upgrade again. Update: Just to say that the switch for the elec windows broke (a common issue with this model of car) but once again Darran made things very easy in replacing the item and honored the 6 month warranty without any hesitation. Again, very pleased with the service!
