I purchased a Volkswagen Golf from Bill Griffin three months ago, and I’m really happy with my decision to choose Bill Griffin. Special mention to Aaron, who was extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process. Recently, I had a minor electronic issue with the car, so I contacted the warranty department. I received an email with an appointment for a diagnosis, and my car was checked and returned to me on the very same day. Thanks to Laura for her excellent support with this. For this reason, I would also highly recommend getting the extended warranty, which I did in my case. Overall, the experience has been fantastic, and I’m really happy with my car. Highly recommended!
