But when I sat at the Dacia service desk for the booking, I was met by a woman who understood I was having a bad day. Organised everything, really, really going above and beyond what I was expecting, and soon I was on my way, car done with two new keys and everything in between, including two great interactions with the mechanic... he knows is good.
