I recently purchased a car from this dealership and had a fantastic experience. David, the salesperson, was professional, patient, and really helpful throughout the whole process. He made everything clear and stress-free. After the purchase, Lukas took the time to explain all the features of the car in detail — he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The girls at the desk were lovely , a bit of a wait but very comfortable surroundings to wait in. Was also able to work from here while I was waiting on my car.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with BMW Frank Keane. they only seem to know how to replace parts, but they fail to diagnose the actual problem. It's unbelievable 🥲 I have spent a significant amount of money – 15,000 euros on BMW's warranty and an additional 4.5k of my own – yet, my car broke down several times in the M50. How is this even possible? To make matters worse, I requested a detailed list of all the parts that were replaced in my vehicle, but I was told that, since I haven't paid for the parts directly, they are unable to provide any receipts or documentation of the work done. The car is currently experiencing over 13 misfires. It's absolutely horrible. They didn’t even offer a courtesy car for the entire month. Not only that, but they consistently fail to keep their word, promising to call or confirm but never following through. I constantly have to chase after them. The level of attention and customer service has been very poor. I am deeply disappointed.
