Firstly, Graham on the sales team, was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. His expertise was evident, and what truly impressed me was his willingness to share that knowledge generously, regardless of whether I ultimately purchased a car from them or not. That level of transparency and genuine assistance is rare and highly appreciated. He also didn't only speak to me as the purchaser, he spoke to the people I was with and was respectful to all (something that was not true for various dealerships we visited on this car search). Next, Morgan, one of the BMW Geniuses, was truly wonderful. He was incredibly helpful during the test drive, providing insightful information, and was fantastic with all our follow-up questions afterward. He truly embodies the "Genius" title. Finally, Dean in Finance was outstanding. He took the time to clearly explain all the complex details surrounding resale values, purchasing options, and, most importantly, clearly outlined what to look out for and consider if I chose to finance the car versus making a full cash purchase. His clarity and thoroughness made a potentially confusing part of the process very easy to understand. Overall, the entire team - Graham, Morgan, and Dean, made this one of the best dealership experiences I've had (and trust me, we went to many while on my car search). As a first time BMW owner, all of the attributes they brought to the table and synergy between them, made the decision to purchase that much easier.
