I received fantastic service from Sean who went above and beyond to assist me with a puncture. My car was stranded up the street from the dealership and he didn’t hesitate to offer to walk up to my car to help me out. Such amazing service and a really friendly and helpful guy. I visited Frank Keane BMW last Friday for a service, and I had a really great experience. The whole team was very professional, helpful, and welcoming. The service was excellent, and everything was handled smoothly. Even though it was close to closing time, Richard from Sales still took the time to answer many of my questions patiently, which I really appreciated. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly, and they even have a lovely little Chihuahua in the showroom🥰 I’m very happy with the experience and will definitely come back here for my future services and cars.
