The whole process of buying a car was made simple for us by Alex and his team. Everything required of us was explained clearly, and once we had done our bit Alex did the rest ( applied for the grant, registered the car etc.) All we had to do was call in, pay and collect the car. Sean gave us a thorough run through of the features. We were contacted afterwards by text and phone to make sure everything was ok, and we were told to call in if we needed any help with anything .Overall a very positive experience. I highly recommend BYD Limerick.
