Eduardo assisted my wife and I in buying our first car in Dublin. He was nothing short of amazing in his service, how knowledge and his flexibility in accommodating our needs. BYD was the first car we test drove on our journey of finding the vehicle that best met our needs, was economical, efficient, technologically advanced and most importantly advanced safety features. As we test drove different vehicles and compared them to the BYD, Eduardo supported us every step of the way, answering our queries as we learnt about the different features. Eduardo is patient and continuously went out of his way to work around our availability, our multiple queries and our tight timelines. He worked late hours so he could help us after our work commitments, he adjusted his work schedule so he was available on the days we were. He walked us through the journey of the purchase, assisted with step by step instructions of all processes, and continuously kept us updated on progress. The one improvement area for BYD South would be for the process of collecting the vehicle to be a little more celebrative and personal. As an example, a bow on the car, balloons, a bouquet, etc. Eduardos after sales service has been exemplary with him remaining in contact regularly checking in to see if we are still happy and still answering queries that we have as we get used to our new vehicle. We highly recommend the BYD Seal U Comfort and if you are keen to get yourself one, make sure you speak to Eduardo, as he will make your car purchase experience seamless, enjoyable and unforgettable. Of every car sales person we dealt with in our journey of finding the right car, no one has come close to Eduardo's overall ability to advise, support and guide you through finding the right car, purchasing it and making sure all goes well afterwards. We had an outstanding experience at BYD South Dublin thanks to Gavin! From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything about the different cars in detail and helped us choose the one that suited our needs best — and it wasn’t even the most expensive option, which says a lot about his honesty and customer-first approach. What really stood out was how relaxed and pressure-free the whole experience was. Gavin never pushed us toward a decision. We were able to take our time, test drive multiple models (including other brands), and kept finding ourselves coming back to him because of the genuine and professional service. What can I say other than WOW and THANK YOU!!! Never had an experience like it when buying a car. From start to finish it has been an absolute pleasurable, relaxing and jolly expierence dealing with the most friendly and caring staff in BYD South Dublin. I want to thank Alan the manager for his kindness but most of all for hiring two of the nicest young men we have ever met and dealt with. We basically only bought the car because of Eduardo and Sam. Both young men are so professional, witty, thoughtful and so much more. They both went above and beyond to make us so happy. We can't thank them enough for all their hard work in finding the right car for us and for going through everything in detail on how it works. We have never laughed as much as we have over the past few weeks due to Eduardo and Sam and that has been a blessing to us. They are two outstanding employees and we hope they get the recognition they deserve
