Eduardo and Sam were a great help when it came to purchasing my car from BYD. I had originally reached out to Eduardo and from there he walked me through all my options and really took the time and effort to have me on the road as quickly as possible. When he was busy his colleague Sam was able to show me and walk me through the vehicle and the pricing options. When it came time to purchase Eduardo stayed late at the office in order to accommodate me with my busy schedule with work and also was available to me at any hour, well into the night. Honestly great experience and the car is great and smooth. Definitely will be back and quite honestly delighted that i chose to go with BYD. Thanks guys! The car is a byd dolphin surf. Honestly it is everything as advertised. Fits in all the narrow streets. Transmission is better than advertised especially in sports mode. Parking accessible everywhere. The sensors make parking easy. The built in navigation system works super well and is seamless. Not to mention it lets you know if during your journey you’ll need to charge and adjusts accordingly. If you forget your keys the fact the key is in your phone is amazing. Charges fully in about 45 mins off the esb units around Dublin using the combo. It’s a fun drive to be totally honest. And to top it all off crazily good value for your money and for brand new. The speakers are great as well which is a bonus
