I recently had my car serviced at BYD Wexford, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The service was extremely thorough, and I felt confident that everything was checked and handled with real care. The staff were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the entire process. A special mention goes to the service manager, who was outstanding — he answered all my questions clearly, took the time to explain everything, and really knew his stuff. It’s rare to come across that level of knowledge and customer focus. Overall, a very positive experience. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend BYD Wexford for anyone looking for quality service and great customer care.

Eamon in Service is excellent — friendly, efficient, and really went out of his way to help. As was Darragh in Sales, making the whole process smooth and stress-free when I bought the Seal. Both are extremely helpful, approachable, and a pleasure to deal with. I’d highly recommend BYD Wexford to anyone — top-class service and customer care.

Very impressed with BYD Wexford. Travelled down from Dublin to get an issue fixed on the Atto 3 and there was no two month wait compared to Dublin..... Also, this issue was fixed within an hour instead of leaving it all day there. Eamon was brilliant when I spoke to him over the phone and extremely quick in returning my call to check something out before he booked me in. Also spoke to Nicky about upgrading in 2026. Worth travelling to for the service alone but it's service as it should be, unlike another BYD garage that I used before.
