I collected my BYD Seal U today from Jess, because I did not prepare bank draft as recommended by her hence she needed to do 4 transactions to receive all the down payments and she did it patiently. Jess also responded all my queries patiently and knowledgeably throughout the car purchased process. Besides this she also followed up the car arrival date promptly to ensure I get my car as early as possible. Jess has provided top class customer service. I will definitely refer her to my friends who is thinking to buy BYD car. All the staffs in the store are friendly and helpful too. I am delighted with this car, it has a lot advance functions which gives good values for money.
