Great experience with BYD North. Collected my BYD Seal U DM-I with Niall in sales. Who as always can cover off any topic we had about the car and gave us great confidence in our purchase. Good experience with Jordan. I left an enquiry on the website about the BYD Seal and Sealion and received a call back from Jordan next day to have a chat and arrange a visit and test drive. I’m new to EV so was able to ask Jordan all the questions I had and after the test drive, I loved the Seal, so chatted through the options and finance and process was seamless from there. Had a couple of queries which I was able to WhatsApp Jordan and get a prompt response, which is important to me. Jordan was able to turn around the showroom model in 1 week so I had little to no wait time for my brand new car, absolutely delighted with it!
