The BYD experience from first seeing the cars though the purchasing and now the first service has been first class, zero problems with the car and after a year of ownership I still enjoy driving my Atto 3. Economy over my 13 months of ownership is 16.7 per kWh.

Had an issue with the car. Emma and the service team were brilliant. Provided me with a replacement car with no hassle. I was kept updated with the issue all the way through. Car back fixed and got a follow up call a week later to make sure everything was going ok.
