We had an outstanding experience at BYD South Dublin thanks to Gavin! From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything about the different cars in detail and helped us choose the one that suited our needs best — and it wasn’t even the most expensive option, which says a lot about his honesty and customer-first approach. What really stood out was how relaxed and pressure-free the whole experience was. Gavin never pushed us toward a decision.
