I recently had my car serviced at BYD Wexford, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The service was extremely thorough, and I felt confident that everything was checked and handled with real care. The staff were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the entire process. A special mention goes to the service manager, who was outstanding — he answered all my questions clearly, took the time to explain everything, and really knew his stuff. It’s rare to come across that level of knowledge and customer focus. Overall, a very positive experience. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend BYD Wexford for anyone looking for quality service and great customer care.

Eamon in Service is excellent — friendly, efficient, and really went out of his way to help. As was Darragh in Sales, making the whole process smooth and stress-free when I bought the Seal.
