We collected our new BYD Seal Design today from BYD East Gate and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Killian was an absolute pleasure to deal with – professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly. He gave us plenty of time to make our decision, answered all our questions clearly, and never once felt pushy, which we really appreciated. We had visited a few other garages beforehand, but Killian offered us the best deal on the market, including a very fair trade-in, which made the decision easy in the end.
