We collected our new BYD Seal Design today from BYD East Gate and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Killian was an absolute pleasure to deal with – professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly. He gave us plenty of time to make our decision, answered all our questions clearly, and never once felt pushy, which we really appreciated. We had visited a few other garages beforehand, but Killian offered us the best deal on the market, including a very fair trade-in, which made the decision easy in the end. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. Highly recommend BYD East Gate, and especially Killian, if you’re considering a new car!

From the initial contact to setting up a test drive, I was sure that I had found a great person to handle my sealion 7 purchase with Owen. He not only offered me all options, but also addressed all my questions without pushing me for a sale. He was concentrated on me having the car that fitted me and not to simply tick a sale made box. I would recommend Owen to anyone who wants to make a car purchase without feeling pushed to make a decision 10 minutes in to having viewed the car. He also called and sent an email to confirm everything was going on well with my new purchase. If you want to or thinking of getting a BYD, Owen is your man.
