If I could give a negative rating, I would. I purchased a 2020 Vauxhall Insignia from this dealership in July 2024. The buying process was smooth, and the car seemed fine initially. Unfortunately, within a year, I experienced serious mechanical issues that led to significant repair costs and time without a car. When I contacted the dealer for advice, I didn’t receive the level of support I had hoped for. While the car is now back on the road, further problems have arisen, which has been very disappointing. In hindsight, I would suggest anyone buying any used car to check the service history carefully and consider an independent inspection before purchase. 08/01/2026 update on the Dealership reply to my review - Thank you for sharing these recommendations; we agree that timely servicing and addressing warning lights are essential for vehicle safety. However, we would like to clarify that in this case, the implication that the car was driven while ignoring a warning light or that servicing was neglected is incorrect. The vehicle had not yet reached the dealership’s recommended date or mileage for servicing, and we have photographic proof to confirm this. Furthermore, there were no red warning lights present at any time , again we have photographic proof to confirm this so any suggestion to the contrary is hearsay. Additionally, the dealership’s inference regarding my driving habits as careless is also hearsay as they have no knowledge of my driving history.
