I recently had a minor service related issue, I contacted the service department via email with an enquiry and within minutes i received a response from Karla. I called down and Karla in the Hyundai service department resolved my issue within a few minutes. She was fantastic to deal with, so friendly as were the rest of the staff. Overall good experience. They care about their customers, this showed with an after call which we have never received anywhere else. Staff in the service area are so pleasant. During the storm our window wouldn't go up so put we went and one of the lovely members of staff jimmied it up to do us till power was restored. Legend.
