I bought a car from Tom last October. I've bought lots of cars over the years both privately and from a few different dealers and the only reason I bought mine here was because it was exactly what I was looking for at a really good price. All car dealers are the same when you are buying but where you find out if they are a good seller is when there is a problem. About four days before the end of my warranty my car had a fairly major issue. I called Tom to tell him, expecting the usual excuses you get from a car dealer. Tom sent a truck to pick it up that day. Not only that but there was a loan car on that truck. He completely covered the repairs without any question and I had a car while it was being done. This is a rare car dealer who stands over what he sells and when the time comes to change I will 100% look here first.

Wanted to leave a review for Tom because our experience buying a car from him was very positive. We purchased a very nice 1 owner Mazda CX-5 from Tom back in March of this year and are very pleased with both the car and the customer service we received. I viewed the car after taking the drive from Cork to Clonee and Tom was very obliging in allowing me to do a thorough inspection and test drive. He also had done a car history check which he sent me and got the previous service records for the car when I requested them. My wife and I took the train from Cork to Dublin to pick the car up and Tom arranged to pick us up from Heuston station and take us back to his premises so that we could drive the car back to Cork from there. Dealing with Tom was very straightforward and we are very pleased with the car over 3 months on. The car came with a full service by a local independent mechanic and a 3 month warranty and we had zero issues with the car during the warranty period. I would have no issue in recommending Tom for a used car purchase.
