Erika at the front desk is the worst person that you can deal with. Terrible customer service. She's extremely rude, sassy and not helpful at all. Every time we call to get our car serviced, she's always reluctant to book us in and always comes up with the most ridiculous excuses. It should not be that hard to get your car serviced! This has convinced me not to buy a Citroën in the future as I would hate to deal with her every time I have to get my car serviced.

it says a lot about a company when they let one of their employees be openly rude and disrespectful. Erika at service desk has the worst attitude problem I have ever seen. Seems to take her anger out on everyone! Really unhelpful so unprofessional!
