We've used Hugo Loonam's occasionally in the past for servicing a Citroen C4. Never had an issue. We bought here recently and must comment very favourably on the process. We found a car online that ticked most of the boxes, and went to view it, meeting Seán in the showroom, and taking a test drive. Seán dealt with us straight up and honest, with none of the BS one gets too often in the car showroom. We considered the deal and went for it. I won't say he was a pushover, coz he wasn't. He was firm but fair, and when my asks went too far for him, he quickly escalated to Hugo, who was equally firm but fair. We went ahead, and when we collected the car, everything we had agreed had been done on the car, without any skimping. A niggle we found later was reported to Seán who raised it with Hugo, who immediately agreed to sort it out. We're very happy with our purchase so far, and advise others accordingly.
