Excellent experience. Ion helped us find the vehicle that met our needs. He didn't try and redirect us anywhere else. He was very responsive to follow up emails with further questions. Everything he said about the car proved true. I was particularly wanted to avoid intrusive alarm sounds for every parameter and needed a large boot for my big dog. The Cupra gives little beeps but nothing distracting or annoying as promised. Highly recommend.
