He walked us through the journey of the purchase, assisted with step by step instructions of all processes, and continuously kept us updated on progress. The one improvement area for BYD South would be for the process of collecting the vehicle to be a little more celebrative and personal. As an example, a bow on the car, balloons, a bouquet, etc. Eduardos after sales service has been exemplary with him remaining in contact regularly checking in to see if we are still happy and still answering queries that we have as we get used to our new vehicle. He took the time to explain everything about the different cars in detail and helped us choose the one that suited our needs best — and it wasn’t even the most expensive option, which says a lot about his honesty and customer-first approach. What really stood out was how relaxed and pressure-free the whole experience was. Gavin never pushed us toward a decision. We were able to take our time, test drive multiple models (including other brands), and kept finding ourselves coming back to him because of the genuine and professional service. What can I say other than WOW and THANK YOU!!! Never had an experience like it when buying a car. From start to finish it has been an absolute pleasurable, relaxing and jolly expierence dealing with the most friendly and caring staff in BYD South Dublin. I want to thank Alan the manager for his kindness but most of all for hiring two of the nicest young men we have ever met and dealt with. We basically only bought the car because of Eduardo and Sam. Both young men are so professional, witty, thoughtful and so much more. They both went above and beyond to make us so happy. We can't thank them enough for all their hard work in finding the right car for us and for going through everything in detail on how it works. We have never laughed as much as we have over the past few weeks due to Eduardo and Sam and that has been a blessing to us. They are two outstanding employees and we hope they get the recognition they deserve
