There was no to/fro but just 'what do we need to do to get the deal' Simple. They gave best trade in value from all the other Mazda dealers. We closed the deal in 3 telephone calls. Boom!!. CX 60 PHEV great car:}} 60 KM of pure electric and backed up with petrol engine. Full of all high spec. I bought the Exclusive spec and very happy. Tony was great even called me to check how I was doing and spent 15-20 mins on explaining the Mazda Navigation system. I hope same is for the service part. Thank you GC !!
