I got my Cupra Formentor Hybrid in McCoy Cupra several months ago. They have been very professional and the whole process was quick and smooth. Peter in sales is a great and patient lad. A few days ago, the first service was due. Louis in the service department was a pleasure to deal with, he's been really helpful, well-mannered and he's always answered all my questions in a professional manner. The car itself is great. It's a pleasure to drive, very economical (even in winter), and looks and feels stunning.

Knocked 1 star off as the car didn’t come with a public charging cable which I was unaware of until I went to charge the car at work.
