⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Update to opinion. I originally gave ZuCar 5 stars because I was extremely happy with my car-buying experience, and after my recent experience with their service team, I am happy to keep the rating at 5 stars. Steve was professional, helpful and straightforward throughout the whole purchase process. Communication was always quick and clear, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was not left without a car while waiting for my Dacia Jogger. I was also very happy with the trade-in value I received for my Honda Fit. Recently, I had a Basic Service carried out by ZuCar. Shortly afterwards, I noticed a tyre pressure warning and had the tyres checked by an independent tyre specialist. The tyres and pressures were fine, but they identified a faulty TPMS sensor on one of the rear wheels. I also had some questions regarding the engine oil used during the service, as the oil listed on the invoice was different from the oil shown on the previous authorised Dacia service record. I contacted ZuCar to clarify this, and they were willing to discuss the issue with me and confirm that the oil used was acceptable for my vehicle. What ultimately impressed me was how ZuCar handled the TPMS issue. I work until 3:30 pm during the week and cannot easily take time off work. I explained that I could only bring the car in after 4 pm, and they went out of their way to accommodate me by arranging for the car to be checked on a Saturday morning at 9:00 am, even though this type of repair is not normally carried out on Saturdays. That made a big difference to me. Problems can happen with any car, and what matters is how a dealer responds when something does go wrong. So, despite the initial concerns I had after the service, I appreciate the way ZuCar listened to me and found a solution that worked around my working hours. Overall, I am still very happy with ZuCar Cork and would recommend them, particularly Steve, who has been excellent throughout my experience. 5 stars for the overall customer service and for making the effort to resolve the issue.

Very happy with my recent experience with ZuCar Cork. The whole process of buying a car went smoothly, and my new car was delivered to my home by the ZuCar team within a week, even though it’s an hour’s drive each way for them. The car didn’t have a valid NCT, so I had to arrange it myself, which I found a bit unusual. However, to be fair to ZuCar, they refunded €60 towards it, so I can’t complain. Overall, a 5-star experience.

Bought a car here few years ago... Best decision ever. Friendly and professional staff. Never had any problems with car. All good with servicing here too. Can fully recommend to everyone 👍
