Also, the price of the car was fair and it was in great state. There were a few minor things to be fixed, which were done before I collected the car.

Excellent experience. Was a bit apprehensive going in on my own as I don't know much about cars other than driving them (!) and had a bad buying experience in the past (and with others that I had shopped around with recently) but John Paul was great. Cars for almost all budgets. Brought the car to my own mechanic for a look over and had a few issues fixed within warranty period with no hesitation.
