My wife, Olive, and I visited Joe Mallon Motors showrooms in Portlaoise recently with a view to purchasing a car which I had discussed earlier with April. On arrival we were met by the lovely April who looked after us so well. With her efficient, capable and thorough knowledge of the car, it didn't take long for us to make a decision to buy. It was, also, obvious that this was a happy workplace as we met other staff members. The atmosphere was so friendly and relaxed that we felt very much at home. Compliments, also, to Stephanie who was so homely and helpful. Although we live a good distance from Portlaoise, I will be returning with the car for servicing and, hopefully, a future upgrade and will highly recommend to all we know,

Got my car serviced and stayed in the waiting room. I did the same last year and left a review about how cold the waiting room was so I was delighted to see a heater in the room this time given it was -4 outside. I picked up my new automatic Renault master today, the 1 hour 45 minute drive home to Cavan was pure comfort. I contacted the sales rep Stephen about a price on a new van and I never looked anywhere else. He was a pleasure to deal with and very efficient and the whole process was hassle free thanks to the professionalism of both Stephen and Stephanie. I will definitely be a return customer,, if the price is right ;)
