Dacia duster commercial

Commercial 2 seater , Was driving perfect and the key wouldn’t turn , I got replacement key and barrel fitted the car try to start but won’t turn over unless you use easy start but cuts out again The old key still unlocks central locking ect , I have old barrel and old key.
