Menapia Motors Wexford are a really customer-oriented business. I've had 2 recent experiences with them - both with optimal results. My last visit was for a routine annual service - but compared to other garages I have used - there was nothing 'routine' about it. Firstly, you're offered a choice between morning or afternoon drop-off, rather than expecting all cars in for opening time & the mechanics working through cars at their pace. Check-in was fast & efficient. A courtesy mini-bus in to Wexford town was offered; a return pick up point indicated. For those remaining, a comfortable seating area is provided with real coffee on tap. Also I commend the transparency of inspection carried out: a short video with car on ramp & mechanic talking through check is sent to customer. All took a little over 2 hours, including a car wash . I'll be back!

Hannah Rossiter was our sales executive and she was brilliant. She knew all about the Renault we were looking to buy and any information she did not know she knew who to ask. In fact all the staff we spoke to in the show room were very helpful. Needless to say with staff like this we did indeed buy a Renault EV. I am hopeful that if Hannah is an example of Renault the future with my car will be great. Thanks Hannah.
