We recently bought a new car from JJ Burkes and are delighted with both the vehicle and the customer service received during our purchase. We dealt with Ed who I must say was a fab salesman as he was very enthusiastic in his work which was quite infectious and is so encouraging to see in the youth of today!! He met us with a smile and positivity which lasted throughout all our interactions with him. No question was to much for Ed and he was very quick in his responses. I also had great customer satisfaction in the fact that if he didn't have an answer to a question he wouldn't try to fob us off with a make up response he would go off and seek the correct response and then come back to us.
