As first-time buyers, that patience and guidance made a huge difference. He walked us through every step clearly and never made us feel rushed. The finance support was excellent and was completed within minutes, which made the whole process very smooth. They also refund the NCT cost once the car passes, which I’m confident it will, as the car is in great condition and an absolute joy to drive. We ended up getting a 2022 model at a great price, which at other places would easily have been a 2018 or 2019 model. Overall, a very positive experience and I’d definitely recommend Kylemore Cars, especially for first-time buyers.
