I can’t stress how good jim and the gang at Galway Windsor Renault are. They helped my disabled dad get an adapted car, and made the whole process easy, sadly he passed away recently and again they stepped in to help us by refinancing the same car. They even paid the old loan off themselves while I had the car and gave us no pressure while we were refinancing. Absolutely the best people to deal with in every way. Pros: Inside is clean, and neat. Employees are very friendly and professional. They have a lovely little coffee bar and a comfortable space to wait. Cons: The place is hard to navigate with extremely limited parking for customers. Despite being the largest dealership in Galway, they cannot provide all service requirements for the vehicles they sell and service. They also hold "bankers hours". You MUST take time out of work in order to get any work done. My wait was 6 WEEKS to fix something. Previously I had to wait EIGHT weeks for a basic service. While the employees are wonderful and the quality of their work is good, I can't say I'd recommend them for service for these reasons. They clearly do not value the money their customers time and money.
